All orders are shipped from our fulfillment partners, and processing typically takes 1–3 business days, depending on order volume and item availability. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery at any time.
We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times vary based on destination and local postal services. On average, international deliveries take 7–21 business days, while domestic deliveries may arrive faster.
Delays caused by customs processing, postal service issues, or external factors such as weather or logistics disruptions are outside our control.
However, we will always do our best to assist you if any unexpected issues occur.

If the carrier officially confirms the package as lost, you may qualify for a replacement or refund.
